its location was magnificent, 10 minutes' drive to a natural wooded park. brilliant staff ensured a great stay for one night. for safety measures it had smoke detectors.

hagrid's hut in watford was beyond amazing! the themed rooms were a blast, and the entire place was spotless and comfy. the hosts were welcoming, and the little extra touches like games and books made it even better. loved every moment of our stay!

Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised by the charming exterior of the accommodation. It added a touch of magic to our stay, reminiscent of our favorite fictional world. Inside, the attention to detail was outstanding, especially with the teddy bear decor that brought smiles to our children's faces. The owners went above and beyond by decorating the place with birthday banners and balloons for our kids' special day, making it truly unforgettable. The responsiveness of the staff, who eagerly searched for our misplaced item after we checked out, impressed us greatly.

Although our overall experience was fantastic, we did encounter a few minor drawbacks. the main bed's mattress was notably uncomfortable, leading us to improvise by placing duvets from the children's beds on top to improve our sleep quality.

This place is a great option for up to 5 guests and the beds are comfortable, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.

Incredible themed decorations, just like Hagrids. Minutes away from Warner Brother Studios. Impeccably clean, provided tea bags, chocolate cake, toiletries, and more. Beautiful double bath in upstairs flat. Can't wait to return for longer stay.

The attention to detail and extra touches made the trip feel truly magical. The Harry Potter theming was superb, with a green theme for the Slytherin celebration. The guest Netflix, Harry Potter DVDs, and games kept everyone entertained. The main bedroom was stunning and everything was provided for a comfortable stay, including toiletries, tea, coffee, sugar, milk. The hosts went above and beyond by adding a birthday banner, hats, and cups to celebrate my daughter's 9th birthday. The kids were thrilled with all the Harry Potter details and felt right at home.

Felt warm, but nothing was too much trouble.

My brother and I had an amazing time staying at this apartment just outside of London. The location was convenient, about 25 km from London Luton airport, and we felt lucky to have found such a great place to stay. I would definitely recommend it.

our second stay in watford and hagrid's hut was even better than before! magical-themed rooms and comfy beds made it a memorable city break. the hosts were welcoming and even gave us a delicious cake. loved the attention to detail and the well-equipped kitchen for simple meals. perfect location near shops and a short drive to the studios.

The themed games, books, and DVDs were a fantastic touch and really added to the magical experience. It was a great way to get into the Harry Potter spirit before visiting the tour. The cake for my birthday was a delightful surprise and made the stay even more special. Plus, the hosts, Chris and Maria, were incredibly helpful and made sure we had everything we needed.

There was an empty crisp packet left by the sofa, which wasn't ours. It would have been nice if the cleaning staff had noticed and removed it.

Close to popular attraction, well-placed for entertainment venues and shopping. The apartment was small but comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen. We appreciated the provided bath towels, hand towels, and face cloths. The Harry Potter-themed items throughout the apartment added a fun touch and got us excited for our Harry Potter Studio tour.

The price was exorbitant for what was offered. The water pressure in the shower was weak, and the overall theme of the apartment was underwhelming, consisting of a few toys and dated Harry Potter games.
